REPLACEMENT DWELLING, SALISBURY - 2023/2024
Our clients came to us in the Spring of 2023 having purchased an ideally situated site, complete with existing uninhabited bungalow. The brief was to create a bright, modern and airy replacement dwelling, complete with plenty of entertaining space, a large master suite, and separate gym.
We came up with a number of proposals for our clients, working through the pros and cons of each before coming settling on the final designs. Our application for planning approval was submitted in the Summer of 2023, with planning permission coming through that Autumn.
Construction began on site in the run up to Christmas 2023, with our clients able to move in ahead of Christmas 2024.
