As a full service Architecture practice, we follow the RIBA Plan of Works, typically split into three key stages

Working closely with our clients we bring together proposals that align with the project vision. We take time to get the right design for our clients, that is not only aesthetically beautiful but also functional and practical for modern living.
Stage 2 RIBA STAGE 4 Detailed Design
Following Planning approval, we will provide full construction details for Building Control and pricing of the wor ks. We assist with sign off of any planning conditions and work closely with Structural Engineers and other consultants. We will assist with reviewing tenders and contractor selection.
Stage 3 RIBA STAGES 5-6Construction
We provide contract documents, inspect works on site, deal with any queries that may arise, and monitor progress of the build.
